There is free council parking at the end of Russell Street.
The site is very short walk from the Upper Hutt train station and bus stop.
We are 200m from the Upper Hutt train and bus station. As you exit the station, we are to the right and located behind Woolworths. There is ample parking to be found either in the carpark at the end of Russell Street next to Woolworths, or on Main Street. ATMs are conveniently located on Main Street with a Westpac on the corner of Russel Street and other banks located within a couple of blocks walking distance. There are public toilets down Centre Walk which is 85m from the market.
